What we collect

When you request a quote. The form asks for your name, phone number, suburb, the type of work and details about your project. We only receive what you choose to enter.

When you call, email or message us. We receive whatever you share with us, such as your contact details and information about the job.

When you use the website. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, how they found us, and whether they tap our phone number or send an enquiry. This information is collected using cookies and does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• To arrange, carry out and follow up on painting work
• To keep records of our work and our communications
• To understand and improve how the website works

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and handle enquiries:

• Formspree receives quote form submissions, delivers them to our email and keeps a copy
• Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive
• Google Analytics collects the website usage information described above
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it running securely

Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not otherwise share your personal information unless you ask us to or we are required to by law.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics places cookies in your browser to recognise return visits and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website will still work normally. Links to other sites

Our website links to our Instagram page. When you follow that link you leave this site, and Instagram’s own privacy policy applies.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our legal and record keeping obligations.
